We are looking forward to welcoming you to Bride: The Wedding Show at The Norfolk Showground on the 22nd – 23rd February 2020.
On this page you will find information to help you exhibit at the show and some forms that we need you to complete and return.

Exhibitor passes will be available for collection from the venue when you arrive at the exhibition.
All exhibitors are entitled to a free 80-word company listing in the official showguide. Please fill in your 80 words plus your company details via the online form by 31st January 2020, if we don’t have your showguide entry by this date, only your company name and stand number will appear. If you have not received your listing, please contact email@example.com to request the form.

Best stand competition
We will be awarding 3 trophies for the best stand at Bride: The Wedding Show at The Norfolk Showground. This will be decided by the attendee’s of the show. They will have the opportunity to vote for their favourite stand in reception. There will be a first, second and third prize. We look forward to seeing your stands!
Health & Safety Forms
If you are a shell scheme exhibitor you will need to complete the Health & Safety Form which we also use to ensure your company name is displayed correctly on your stand. Please email your completed forms to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
Your stand is provided with 1 socket, if you require any extra or a stronger electrical point, please contact email@example.com
1 6ft Table and 2 chairs are provided with your stand (please ensure you have requested this with a member of the Archant Bride team). If you require anything extra, please find the GES Shell Scheme Structure booklet below. Any extra furniture request will need to be ordered through GES directly.
There will be complimentary WI-FI available to exhibitors. A password will be provided for the card machine network should you need this.
Set up times
Set up will be available on Friday 21st February from 8am. Please ensure your stand it set up by 7pm Friday 21st February, ready for the show opening on Saturday 22nd February at 10am.
If you are unable to set up on Friday, please inform us in advance.
Breakfast provided by Brasted’s is available to all exhibitors on the Saturday and Sunday Morning. Menu will be available soon.
Live music between 5pm – 7pm. Enjoy a glass of fizz and canapés provided by Brasted’s and an opportunity to network with other exhibitors. Please let us know by 28th January 2020 if you would like to attend.
We will be holding a Tombola at the show over both days, if you would like to offer a prize, this can be anything from 30% off a booking to a free workshop and there is no limited number to contribute. These prizes will be for our visitors to win and it’s £2 per entry with all donations going to support The Big C charity.
To help you plan your weekend, you will also find an Exhibitor Information Pack detailing set-up and breakdown timings, and general information about exhibiting at the show. There is also a document with directions on how to access the venue on set-up day.
For those of you not familiar with the shell scheme we provide, please refer to the GES Shell Scheme Information. Stand walls are built with white panels and a white facia board.
