Flyers & Complimentary Tickets

As an exhibitor, you will receive a supply of complimentary tickets to the show for you to circulate to your key customers and some A5 flyers advertising the event for you to display and hand out. If you require any more, please get in touch by emailing

Exhibitor Passes

Exhibitor passes will be available for collection from the Organiser’s Office at the venue when you arrive at the exhibition.

Showguide Entry

All exhibitors are entitled to a free 50-word company listing in the official show guide. Please fill in your 50 words plus your company details via the online form by 11 March if we don’t have your show guide entry by this date, only your company name and stand number will appear. Health & Safety Forms

If you are a shell scheme exhibitor you will need to complete the Health & Safety Form 1, which we also use to ensure your company name is displayed correctly on your stand. If you are a space only exhibitor, please fill in Form 2. Please email your completed forms to as soon as possible.


Your stand comes with two spotlights included. If you wish to order power or additional lighting please complete the electrical order form provided below.


There is no furniture included with your stand. Furniture can be ordered directly from the contractor Abbotts Event Hire at

To help you plan your weekend, you will also find an exhibition timetable detailing set-up and breakdown timings, and general information about exhibiting at the show.

For those of you not familiar with the shell scheme we provide, please refer to the stand information sheet. Stand walls are covered in black Velcro compatible fabric with pink fascias.

Westpoint operate a Zero to Landfill policy and it is important that you consider this when planning your stand.  At the event please ensure any waste generated is disposed of in the correct receptacles.
