We are looking forward to welcoming you to Bride: The Wedding Show at Ascot Racecourse on the 10-11 March, 2018.
On this page you will find information to help you exhibit at the show and some forms that we need you to complete and return.
Flyers & Complimentary Tickets
As an exhibitor, you will receive a supply of 20 complimentary tickets to the show in the post for you to circulate to your key customers or use in competitions, which will give them free entry into the event, on the day of their choice.
We will also be sending you some invitation cards which include a promotional code where your customers and friends can book tickets to the show at the discounted price of £3 each in advance (+ booking fee), or if brought along on the day, tickets can be purchased for £5 each.
You will receive some A5 flyers advertising the event too which you can display in your reception areas, front desks, shops and dressing rooms and to hand out to interested brides and grooms-to-be.

Exhibitor passes will be available for collection from the venue when you arrive at the exhibition.
All exhibitors are entitled to a free 80-word company listing in the official showguide. Please fill in your 80 words plus your company details via the online form by 21st February 2018, if we don’t have your showguide entry by this date, only your company name and stand number will appear. Health & Safety Forms
If you are a shell scheme exhibitor you will need to complete the Health & Safety Form which we also use to ensure your company name is displayed correctly on your stand. Please email your completed forms to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
Your stand comes with two spotlights included. If you wish to order power or additional lighting please complete the electrical order form provided below.
There is no furniture included with your stand. Trestle tables and cloths can be ordered by completing the form provided below.
To help you plan your weekend, you will also find an Exhibition Timetable detailing set-up and breakdown timings, and general information about exhibiting at the show. There is also a document with directions on how to access the venue on set-up day.
For those of you not familiar with the shell scheme we provide, please refer to the Stand Information Sheet. Stand walls are covered in black Velcro compatible fabric with pink fascias.
